If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it with another one of similar value.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please provide a receipt or proof of payment to facilitate the refund.
Returns and refunds are not allowed for already personalized products.
Returns are allowed if done within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 72-hour period.
Steps to follow for damaged/faulty products
1. Notify Satin Prints and Promotions immediately after receiving the product. This can be done through the following channels.

2. Capture the name of the product, order number (for orders via website), customer delivery location, date of order and delivery, and the defect in the product.
3. Please ensure that the package of the returning item is in good condition for the return. Please ensure that any free promotional items—gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item—are included in the packaging.
Where possible, return the damaged/faulty product with the delivery person.
After receiving and evaluating the returned product, we will notify you by WhatsApp/SMS or call with a status update on whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
